We are delighted to invite you to this year's summer event in Antwerp. Like last year, we are hosting the show in collaboration with the nomadic gallerist Stéphanie Frederickx. This joint presentation brings together the distinct voices of both galleries, showcasing their artists in a beautiful townhouse. The exhibition will be open to visitors for two weekends.
This year's event will in part be a homage to Ado Chale, who passed away ealier this month, and we will be showing several of his most iconic pieces to celebrate his work.
The other artists to be represented include: Budde, Abel Cárcamo, Stijn D’Hondt, Grond studio, Lila Farget, Sam Kerckaert, Kerstens, Mroz+Boullier, Pierre Lapeyronnie, Linde Freya Tangelder, Nathalie Van der Massen, Kick Veldman, Karen Verlinden and Lucas Zito.
One room will be devoted to recreating Abel Cárcamo's Paris studio. Here, you will be able to see some of the hand-sculpted plaster pieces that precede the bronzes that have become such an integral part of the 88 Gallery collection.
It promises to be be a great event, and will be held in the same beautiful townhouse as last year. We hope to see you there!
Opening night: 13 June 5-10 pm; Dates: 14-15 June 11am-6pm; 19-22 June, 11am- 6pm
